15.10.2026 — seminarium Zespołu Teorii Systemów Rozproszonych i Obliczeniowych — godz. 12:00

Andrzej Mizera (IDEAS NCBR / Uniwersytet Warszawski)

Streszczenie (autorskie):

In this tutorial-style talk, we introduce the Boolean network framework through concrete case studies, covering structure graphs, asynchronous state transition systems, and attractors. Building on these foundations, we formally define biologically informed edge perturbations in structure graphs and formulate the problem of temporary edgetic control: finding transient edge removals that steer the network into a desired target attractor. We conclude with a practical demonstration of the approach.
